Mike is the Director of Spencer and Co Surveyors Ltd and Co-Director of Spencer Hustwick Surveyors. Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997, Mike has over 25 years of experience in the property market. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his 5 children and visiting Anglesey at the weekend.

Sam is our second surveyor in the team, having completed many years of training and coursework in the sector. In his spare time, Sam enjoys travel, trail running, and growing fruit and vegetables!

Office Manager

Olivia runs the back office system at Spencer and Co Surveyors, ensuring RICS compliance and running our diary as efficiently as possible. Olivia works on Mondays and Wednesdays. On her other days during the week, Olivia runs her own business in the textiles industry.
